Emergency fund 700.000 -
M - Omelette, chips and veg for DH and kids, quorn peppered steak, chips and veg for me
T - no idea yet as didnt realise I had a space here on my written sheet lol
W - either spag bol at in laws or spag bol at home
T - ham, egg, chips and beans
F - chicken fajitas with salad
S - Chicken dippers, waffles and veg (I work so DH has to feed them and he struggles to cook lol)
S - pasta and sauce (carbonara or tomato and chilli)2 adults and 3 children DD (14), DD (12) & DS (10) :smileyhea and 2 mental beagles.
Paying off debt bit by bit0 -
Right - I've done my food shopping (and spent a small fortune!) so I've done my plan for this week.
M - Turkey and veg stir fry with rice
T - Turkey Thai red curry with rice
W - Turkey and peanut chow mein
T - (theatre) Turkey bacon bagels and carrot and butternut soup
F - Pulled pork pittas with BBQ beans and sweet potato wedges
S - Grilled chicken rolls with salad
S - Honey and mustard chicken and veg traybake
