The 1/2 million pound council house
Comments

A friend of my sister bought her council place a few years back, near Primrose Hill in London & has just got around £650k for it. They are moving to the coast & will have a nice fat wad of cash in the bank as obviously the prices are practically give away compared to central London.

Rtb= print your own money to some very lucky people.
I can't help thinking that IF there is a property crash, they will be one of the first groups to suffer, particularly if there is still social housing in their development. Aside from that, the council still have the last say; someone I know had to pay for a percentage towards lighting improvements that made it look like the new Wembley as she put it, despite objecting.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
