Now I'm no expert on the London property market, but f*ck me!!!
This place must surely be in the running for my "most overpriced sh*thole award".

And while I'm at it, what the hell is this?

The world's gone mad!!!
Where the hell are the windows in that second gaff?0 -
Being that close to central London, they could well find someonewho offers close to the asking price. The second one in particular is targetting city slickers who want a home in the city to avoid commuting from their country pad.
Madness to the rest of us living a more conventional life on a conventional wage!!I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

At least the 2nd place is walking distance to Lords. The first one you could walk to The Oval from but you'll arrive without your mobile or wallet!0

You might be able to convert it to a one bed place and rent it for £300 a month - with the correct planning and regs etc
I know because I saw one such garage when I first moved out of home, in Shortlands just outside Bromley!!I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

A friend of my sister bought her council place a few years back, near Primrose Hill in London & has just got around £650k for it. They are moving to the coast & will have a nice fat wad of cash in the bank as obviously the prices are practically give away compared to central London.

Rtb= print your own money to some very lucky people. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
funny you shouod find this one OP as one of my old colleagues went in and valued this one- im certain its the same one from the location map - they said 450 , but they knew they would get kicked back as there was another agent in the running saying 675
looks like vendor has gone for the middle val, very wise
LOL  Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
