Hi everyone,
I am hoping for a few pointers really because it is clear first utility are struggling with my request.

I last received a bill for my gas and electricity on 21 February. I submitted a meter reading when they requested it and hoped my bill would follow soon after.wrong.

I emailed them last week asking where my bill for March is, to be told
'Unfortunately there are some issues associated with the production of your bill this month and we have raised these issues with our relevant department so we can get these resolved.'

Now, this would be ok if it happened just once. But it hasn't, it happens every month and so every month I have to message them and ask for my bill.....and every month I get the same reply.

I have also changed to one of their fixed rates until 2016, but this is not showing up online,I also asked them about this but they didnt answer this aspect of my question.

So my question to you is, where do I go from here? They have taken my direct debits as required, but I want my flippin' bill!!!!!

My patience is wearing thin with this company.they suck!

You could always try the "you don't bill me, I don't pay" approach.

Alternatively, just chill. You're paying by DD. As long as every 6 months or so you compare your payments against your usage/charges, and adjust the DD up/down as appropriate, does a monthly bill really matter?

Hi, yes, they bill me monthly as my plan is such that I pay a set amount per month and provide monthly metre readings to ensure they calculate it accurately.I have still not received my bill....having googled this,it appears to be a common issue with first utility.
