Congratulations - pleased to hear you won your appeal :T
There evidence pack was a total joke, I think POPLA are looking at ANPR regs a bit more now from the last few POPLA win posts.

It was with the help from yourself and others that gave me the information to overturn this fine in disguise and send these people (not scumbags/blood suckers/parasites/cowboys) back into there (not !!!! hole) Excel shop of horror.

A big thanks to ColliesCarer,Stroma, spacey2012, UmKomaas, Redx, The Deep. And a massive thanks to Coupon-Mad for the tuts and templates.

It did make me laught that a PPC is taunting you over the PE win, But if we all know how to do it the "fine" gets killed at POPLA and we never go to court. (PE are not scumbags/blood suckers/parasites/cowboys) how could you all say such things!.

My final feeling on this situation is that POPLA should be there to help in mitigating factors. If we paid the parking fee then it should be enough regardless if it fell off the dash, As the parking fee was paid.
At the end of the day(cliche lol) I purchased a ticket and paid the fee to park, although I did input the incorrect reg number the fight should not have to be this way. If you paid your council tax and then the council office messes up and takes you to court you just show up with the receipt of payment and its all done. You don`t have to point out that the colour of the paper or text is incorrect or the envelope did not have the correct grade of paper. Its just wrong.

I will be writing a letter of complaint to my MP over this situation (its a topup that the council owns the land) and if we all did this it would have a massive effect. My MP is very good and always provides positive results no matter what the subject. (but she does have a passion for the area as she grew up in wolverhampton).

My final thought did go on for some time lol, Again, thank you all.

    Well done to you :)
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
