Talk mobile
I have had my contract with Talk Mobile for 19 months - another 5 to go!!. I continually have no reception - generally can't make calls no matter where I am and sending texts is an ordeal - receiving very irregular, sometime come through hours after they were sent! Talk mobile did replace my handset on 3 occasions and sent one off for repair even though I told them it wasn't the handset - I eventually ended up with a lower model phone but it still didn't help. Do other people have similar problems with Talk Mobile? I want them to release me from the contract - as far as I am concerned the network is not fit for purpose.

I'm on talkmobile, have been for 18 months now, and i have no problems with it - and in fact would recommend it, based on my call/text/data using experience, and the very few times i've had to contact customer service they've been helpful and i haven't had to wait for hours to get through to them (unlike t-mobile - whole other story in my opinion and i'd avoid them like the plague).0

No chance whatsoever after 19m of your contract. Have you ever had a decent signal at the location in question? If not, then you needed to complain in the first few weeks. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

TT use the Vodaphone network. Surely you checked on the signal before signing up?0 -

For the record the OP is actually on Talk Mobile not Talk Talk Mobile a different network which also piggybacks on Voda.
