Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

Don't worry so much about the nerves, I'm sure they'll take into account that people are often nervous in interviews0 -
It is one of these things. I know some answers were good and others were less so. So I really dont't know if I will get it. It is very hard to answer questions on the spot when you are nervous.:beer:0

Seriously SP, don't worry about it. People are usually nervous - particularly if they aren't used to it.
I admit I'm usually quite calm, but I can never remember what I was asked or what I said afterwards! I must blackout!!!! :rotfl::A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

I don't want to stress you out, Phil, but can you remember any of the questions where you did less well? If you post them on here it might help quite a few people to prepare for difficult interview questions. (And this would include you if you ever go for another interview - but of course I have my fingers crossed for you on this one

One that sticks in my mind was group working and I gave a really loose example and said that in working with others it is important to allow others to use their strengths, support their weakness, listen to criticism and always support the best ideas even if they are not your own. Which is rubbish I know.
Believe it or not, I do find talking about myself hard especially to people I don't know and even more so when it is positive things about me.
it is a big jump of job for me anyway as it would involve running accounts and purchasing, which I have never ever done before. Plus it involves line management too, which I really think I am too shy to do and they are all much older than me. So whilst I would get a lot from the job in terms of it would really increase my skills and CV. I know it is a huge ask to think I can get it because it is by far the most important job I have appled for where there is a hell of a lot outside my experience involved. It is really running one small section of the place day to day, which is rather a lot.
Added to that there is a risk of get punched or attacked and verbally abused if you don't do what the customer thinks you should. So that is worrying.:beer:0 -

Sounds great to me!
I agree that you may not be ready for management yet, but don't forget they did shortlist you - and if they give you the job I am sure they will support you in acquiring the necessary skills!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Its not like major management, just making sure that people know what they are doing and helping them if needs be. But I am very shy and only 21 and they are like 35-40 year old women, so they won't be keen on listening to me.:beer:0 -

Grey
Light Blue Check
Cream
White of course.
Go out and buy yourself one. You need white to look professional.
Wear your fancy shirts after you have got the job.0
