The suit I have seen is charcoal but very dark almost black and a black shirt would go nice with it I think.

It is a dark grey. You see a black shirt does look nice and a black tie.

I think a lighter shirt looks much more professional.

It looks a dark grey to me. I am going for that suit and a black shirt and a black patterned tie. I think it will look nice.
