Phones2U Terms and conditions
Hi
I am having problems with the first cashback claim of my latest contract - I have received a letter from them rejecting my claim as they say I have not complied with their T&C's on two counts:
1) I did not state the order number on the covering letter of my claim
2) I did not send in my original purchase invoice with the claim.
However I would like to dispute the second point (I did state the order number and have a copy of my covering letter as back-up) - at the time that I took out the contract (in November 2006), the second point was not stated as a condition in the then T&C's.
I am hoping that someone has the terms dating back toNovember 2006 and would be grateful if you would send them to me (either via this website or to fabs35@yahoo.com).
Many thanks
Fabs.

Hi, hope you get it sorted. Ive never heard of them let alone dealt with them so cant help. Id prob start with sending them a copy of your backed up letter to prove you did state your order number and also mention nowhere in the terms does it say you need to send your original invoice. they dont know you dont really have your termsWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

True Emweaver - hopefully they won't call my bluff!
Just wanted to be sure before calling/writing to them.0 -
To the person who was concerned that Money Claim Online asks for which country you are in (sorry, I've lost their original message)
This is nothing to worry about - it is there simply because the laws that apply in Scotland are different from those in England & Wales and the site needs to know which part of the U.K. you are in.
I've just used M.C.O. to successfully get money back from a company (not phones) - it is very easy to use and I would recommend it when persuing some of these mobile phone companies.0
