    But have you seen the date of their "latest news". Last updated in September last year. For more up-to-date information take a look at this:-

    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    As the court list is public, I doubt that will happen, one of dozens of websites will have the hearing listed.

    Im new on here so hopefully someone can help.A couple of days ago we received a county court letter telling us we had 14 days to reply or Parking eye would take us to court for overstaying in a car park in sutton where we were shopping at bq.We binned all of the other letters thinking them to be a scam but now i am panicing and dont know the best thing to do.Should we just pay?

    Depends. The case can held off-list until the day if they believe there is a risk to the case being compromised.
    Anyway, I thought the original date in March was then supposed to be re-scheduled on 4th April ?. Can I assume that this case has also been rescheduled?.

    No not really

    Lots of County court hearings are not even listed, a lot of courts Do not put their lists up at all. Some do some dont

    And those that do tend to be only on that morning or the night before

    I think the 4th April was only ever a suggested date. The case definitely hasn't been heard yet, if it had been heard, it would be all over the forum.
