PE lost three cases out of four yesterday. That certainly isn't a "majority".

We don't know. Parking Prankster has put out a plea for news of this case.

Don't worry, the Cambridge case is still there. It has been rescheduled for a future hearing, the precise date of which is being kept under wraps following the fiasco at the last scheduled hearing.

Who is keeping it under wraps ? The Court ?

No, as I understand it, the parties involved have agreed to keep it amongst themselves until after the hearing.

However, rest assured that we will hear every detail. There is no point speculating, we just need to bide our time.

Just had a look at the Parking Eye website. Seems they've got the upper hand - numerous cases won by them.

Quick question - if they don't know who was driving, and you as the registered keeper don't inform them (ignore everything from them), presumably they take you - the keeper - to court; what then, if you "can't remember" who was driving?
