Just had a look at the Parking Eye website. Seems they've got the upper hand - numerous cases won by them.
Quick question - if they don't know who was driving, and you as the registered keeper don't inform them (ignore everything from them), presumably they take you - the keeper - to court; what then, if you "can't remember" who was driving?0
