I like H&S's website. I imagine all those "beautiful people" do actually work for the company and are not just stock photographs. And where on earth do they get that "150yrs of car park management experience to draw from between us" come from? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It actually means, we haven't been in business very long and are using this to pull the wool over the eyes of the gullible.0 -
So they know 150 people who each have 1 year experience in the car park ticketing business?0

It will be interesting to know quite who H&S actually work for now if they have dropped/been dropped by ANPR.
Our Trev claimed some while ago that H&S are operated offsite which I suspect is true. When H&S have been spoken to by phone apparently there was none of the sort of background noise one inevitably gets in an office. Rather the impression gained was that the H&S bod (Mr Hargreaves perchance?) was sitting in a small domestic room. It is understood that said bod became quite flustered when asked why the business wasn't registered with the Law Society/SRA nor as an ABS and didn't appear to be registered as a debt collector either. A claim was made that H&S were able to represent ANPR on the basis of The Lay Representatives (Right of Audience) Order 1999 which grants rights of audience for case dealt with as small claims but only if the client (our Trev) is present. Mind you, could he resist the temptation not to be there? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
"If necessary we will apply to the court for a county court judgement (CCJ),"
Forgetting the fact that you have to go through the irksome procedure of actually taking someone to court before that happens. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Not only take them to court, but win at court and not get paid.
I once applied for a CCJ when someone owed me £2000 in rent. The bloke went self employed, (he was a security guard), and his wife gave up her part time job to have a third child.
It's over ten years and I have still not received a penny. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
