Perhaps they've had an offer they can't refuse from PE. Possibly a replacement for LPC who don't seem to be able to cut the mustard.
Ms L getting impatient and looking for a more potent supplier of all things leeeeegal. Spelin mistuks not a problum. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

They are run by trev's son in law I think ? But they also claim to prepare a county court claim, and present it to court! I wonder how they do that as they are not solicitors. Also on the text version of their site there is no contact details of them at all, which means you don't know who you are dealing with. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I managed to find their address on the mobile website, but no phone numbers/e-mail addresses. The site is also full of grammatical and spelling errors so just screams of professionalism. Also no reference to anyone being registered with the SRA.0

So here is the link between the two, by amazing coincidence Paul Hargreaves is a director of these so called debt collectors. I suspect that they have had a slap on the wrists.Paul Hargreaves, operations director for National Clamps, said he would try to refund the Guild Hall: "It is very unfortunate that this happened, especially when people are raising money for charity. There are guidelines and they need to be followed. There are shops that need constant access and these service areas need to be cleared

even after telling the counsil about the fraudulent signs , they will not remove them0 -
Bizarre. Even in the brain-cell-deficient world of private parking I doubt there's anyone besides Trev who is stupid enough to call upon the services of an outfit as incompetent as H+S.
Wouldn't be surprised if Trev has finally realised that "his" brands have become a laughing stock and is simply in the process of giving them a paint-job.Je suis Charlie.0 -
