    The Sale of goods act does actually apply B2B buy just at a lesser extent than B2C they still have to fulfil their end of the contract. As I have already said I was not really looking to sue them just wanted info on my position.

    You can ask in a Euronics centre, if they can supply a good gas cooker installer, it is worth a try. Most will have some nubers to give you I suspect. My local Euronics store gets loads of people who are looking at JL lines and they usually work out cheaper to buy from.
