I still personally haven't received a letter regarding my maturity which is due in around 2 weeks time....0

Ok - there is a meeting on Wednesday afternoon in London with the PRA and DCU. When I hear what the outcome is I'll update on here.0

Thanks for the update.
It is ashame DCU do not keep us updated themselves, and we have to rely on word of mouth to find this information out!0 -

And actively appear to be trying to stop any updates being posted by getting MSE to delete them!Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Without giving full name of person( or it will likely be removed ),Can I ask you what your source of information is, I tried to get some update from DotCom today but Rob was out of the office and Iwas told he would ring me to morrow. I will also update the thread if? he does ring me.
I also rang the FCA and at first was told they had no details of the voluntary restrictions on their site, which seems to support the earlier post about a fault with their system however she did ring me back and say she was looking into the matter and would get back to me.
I did learn something however, apparently the PRA only deals and speaks to companies, whereas the FCA is the organisation that helps customers.
If anyone else wants to try and see what they can find out from the FCA their number is 0800 111 6768 you never know if enough of us contact them they may get sick and get their colleagues in the PRA to pull the plug on Dotcom, which would be good news to me.0 -
You know where to post information that you want to be certain will be kept0

Nor have I received this maturity letter. I have opened a new ISA with a new ISA provider and have emailed DCU over the weekend instructing them to transfer my ISA to the new provider on 05 May.
I have also mentioned to them that I have not received their maturity letter, as was agreed in their t&c's last year, and that even if I did receive it now I wouldn't agree to their new t&c's / would not be applicable since I am transferring/closing.
I have a feeling that DCU / EBCU may be trying catch out unwitting customers onto their new t&c's by not sending this maturity letter them. Notice how some of their posts which had this maturity letter on them have been mysteriously deleted.
I have yet to receive an acknowledgment from DCU / EBCU.0 -

I presume these meetings take place at the PRA's offices in Moorgate?
Shame we don't have a time so we could organise a protest/picket. Just hope we don't end up campaigning as long as the Equitable life crowd to get our funds back!
