No but it can be up to 1 day before maturity as that's still within 28 days before.

The saga continues with another email from DotComCentre CIC

It seems we are still not been given the all clear by the regulator and at this latest stage the regulator has asked for information to be sent "on line"!

DotComCentre seem to think this is a step forward to reaching a solution. I would beg to differ in my opinion of that.

Something is missing from the story, if as we have been told they have now funds in excess of that required to meet regulations, why is the lifting of the restrictions taking so long?

It seems like the only thing they have in excess of requirements is false hope. Best to sit back and ignore anything short of a statement that deposits can now be withdrawn.
