thanks for totally ruining my MSE experiance. all i wanted was help and advice and all i get is to be treated like the S**T off peoples shoes. i wonder if Martin or who ever runs this website is aware of the unnecessary abuse and rudeness that goes on on here0

Sorry I was a moo with my posts (you weren't the only one last night to get that reply!). It wasn't personal or rude, just telling you (in a fairly fed up manner, apologies!) how to find what you need. Bear in mind the New to this forum? blue link I gave you to click is available to newbies when you first register, before posting, and the NEWBIES thread is at the top, there to read before posting. You have no idea how frustrating it is to still sometimes read a long line of 'Help what do I do?' threads, from posters who have read nothing, when I wrote the NEWBIES thread to save us from drowning under such threads last year.
Yesterday we just had far too many new 'help me' threads started in one day when the posters must have looked at page one to have clicked 'new thread' so we do wonder why the NEWBIES FAQs thread is overlooked. Saves us having to repeat what's already here - and the danger can be you could miss the advice at a later stage if you don't use the search facility or know about the sticky thread. It takes you right through to how to win at POPLA which is easy peasy v Highview.
On any forum, read sticky (information) threads and do searches, in priority to starting a thread from scratch which is only going to be seen by a few people then it will become dormant. It is not about starting a new thread, that's best saved for if you have any queries not covered by the FAQs, and your thread won't help you with the next stage whereas the sticky info thread will.
The 'new to the forum' link in blue I also gave you above is the basic run-thru for newbies to understand the monster that is MSE forums - and we know it is hard to negotiate for newbies. We all started out like you, and are just trying to help you see how to make the MSE experience work best for you. This is what other posters have done with the forum sticky info, from scratch, in these linked cases no new thread was even needed until they won, which was my intention when writing the sticky thread:

This is EASY for you to win in 2 simple appeals - and the template wording is here for you already. With the best will in the World as ordinary people giving up our own time to help here, we can't reply like this - repeating the same stuff to every single poster - pretty much all of whom are complete newbies to MSE, and forums in general. Everyone here is in the same boat at first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
