Hi Guys,
Please check your Orange bills, now we have pretty much all transferred over to their paperless billing system none of us check our bills anymore, i have 3 handsets for my daughters on one account and saw that the monthly bill was rising so i logged in, i quickly discovered that even though they all have 250mb of data on their accounts Orange was still charging for all data, when i questioned it they admitted that they know they have a system issue but dont know how many customers it has affected. They are basically waiting for their customers to tell them, i wonder what happens to all the money they have taken from those customers that dont realise?? They offered me £30 in compensation to keep it quiet but i would prefer to take the £30 hit and disclose it so we all dont get ripped off!!
