Plusnet reckoned that a REIN engineer came on Sat 26th -a day after the OR engineer visited. No one showed and he DEFINATELY didn't leave a card for me to call. Again, I don't know what Plusnet is about!! Still waiting for another engineer. The good news is that the drop offs have subsided and the speed is up to 8mbps - so I cannot understand why we would need another engineer to visit.0

...in the previous post you commented that your internet dropped out a lot of times on Saturday afternoon(26th) -could it be that an engineer DID work on your line externally ,maybe at the exchange, and thats why its improved ??:)0
