To keep saverbuyer happy and to keep the other thread clear of any sign of any praise whatsoever, here's the thread for good restaurants:

Starting with The Square Bistro in Lisburn. You will never ever get a bad meal in this place. Massively under-rated, probably because it isn't in Belfast.

    I would like to nominate Ten Square and The Graduate in Belfast.

    OX - Fantastic but expensive
    Coppi - Really good and reasonable
    Caf! le petit Ormeau - Great breakfast
    Mourne Seafood - Always good & reasonable
    Shu - Very good
    James St South - Really good steak.

    Oh Brown's is fantastic. I like the Exchange too. There's a new Lebanese place called Cedar opened in Derry. Really impressed with it, not what I expected but very very tasty.

    Wouldn't mind trying this place as I hear its quite good ... however I know a chef who walked due to the cleanliness of the kitchen and it's kind of put me off
