BT Business Broadband problem !!!!!!!

I have been 'on hold' or waiting for an answer from BT for almost 8 hours in total over the past 2 weeks.
Broadband in my office stopped working on 19th June and I reported it for the first time on that day.
I have spoken to around 15 different people and still do not have the problem solved.
Every time I get through I have to go through the whole problem again.
I FEEL LIKE SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
I am awaiting a router, which should have arrived last Thursday. Every day they say 'it will be with you tomorrow' every day it doesnt turn up and I have to ring and be on hold for hours all over again...
Does anyone know what I can do??
