£4.49 per month for 2meg broadband - is this the cheapest available?

I currently pay £10.50 line rental a month to BT.
Tiscali are now offering a 12 month contract for £14.99 for 2 meg broadband inclusive of line rental.
Therefore, I am getting 2meg broadband for £4.49. However, I am still a dial-up person, so can a tecchie out there confirm that I havent missed some obvious point (e.g. they're !!!!!! or something similar?).
The only downside that I can see is £30 set up fee, but there is a quidco cashback of £25.
It seems like a bargain.

Rather than looking at the cheapest, have a look at who offers you the best service. The old saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice & with broadband i'd definitely say 'You get what you pay for'
Take a look at the comparison feature on http://www.thinkbroadband.com

Be very careful about Tiscali. I personally would avoid them at all costs. Likewise with TalkTalk. As previously suggested have a look at them on the Thinkbroardband site.
