0870..are they inclusive mins on '3'?

Looking at the tariffs page on '3' site, they show the normal inclusive mins exclusions of 0800, 0500, 07..., premium rate etc. BUT there is no mention of 0870/0871.

Has any '3' user got practical evidence these are included in 'free' minutes or is this just an omission on the site?

No they are not ....... i phoned up the other day and found out.

And 0800 numbers are not free either

They used to be included on threepay, which is why I got the phone. But they haven't been included for quite a few months now, and I haven't used it since! Got the phone unlocked and started to use an o2 online sim card instead

Thats right. 0870 are not included in your free minutes.

it has a list of geographical numbers for well known companies. Hopefully saving you some cash!!!

I used to be with Singlepoint when 0870/0845 numbers were included in my monthly allocation (I was with O2 on an O2 tariff). Now that Singlepoint is no more and I'm a Vodafone customer, I am charged for calls to these numbers....damn.

Can anyone tell me which network includes these calls in their monthly inclusive minutes please?

I'm on the old Genie Mobile tariff with O2 and I get calls to 0800/0500/0870/0845 included in my inclusive minutes

I'm sure the current Direct/Online O2 tariffs include them.
