Hi...we have just got "Wet" underfloor heating. Can we shut it off for summer? Is there a correct procedure ...or do we just turn thermostat right down? It's a "Reliance" make.
Thanks.
Thanks.

If the boiler is off I guess it won't heat up anyway. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0

We may keep the central heating on low...so boiler will be on...also for hot water to taps.0

We just set ours to "off" over the summer and that's that. Never had any problem.0

I turn the thermostats down on mine but also have a separate switch to turn it off from. If you turn it off from main switch you will also save on the electricity.0

I shut mine off. If yours has a separate pump then its a good idea to run it once a month to ensure that it doesn't stick. Mine has a three-way valve so I operate it once a month to stop it sticking.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
