Oh yes. I forgot to mention in my post that I had reported theirs for breaching the terms of MSE :)

I'd put money on the 'employee' and 'owner' are one and the same ;)

Just had this email from the courier:

"if you can clarify that the owner and employee on mse are not one and the same you are letting others now defame me i am the boss i dont need to prove otherwise and you have seen my profile and employee profile are both seperated appreciate it if you clarify that"

So there you go. Now stop it all of you, you're upsetting Andrew.

Such a shame ... has he managed to pick up his toys and put them back in his pram yet? :D

    I doubt it.
I wouldn't be surprised to find that his pram is too big to fit out of the bedroom door so his toys have been left in a different room and arrangments are being made for someone else to pick them up and deposit them back in the pram.

His comments on facebook about you say more about his business than he realises..
I've also seen the twitter comments- Andrew does like to name drop the police and how you'll get a visit from them there too.

I saw this review placed just before the ops review

    " 02/04/2014 by diz_kirk_dcfc

used this company on a number of occasions ranging from single items to full loads. friendly and helpful plus they do quite a bit for local good causes. rightfully rewarded for all of the work they put in during the floods in rhyl. highly recommended"

I've seen diz kirks facebook picture and page..

I saw this on mds logistics twitter feed I've slightly edited it

"nice so a customer rips my driver off after delivering kitchen units from ( town-removed ) little trip from police... fb.me/37CKrDPvk

His birthday is April 1st. Says it all really!
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Mds logistics is also displaying on twitter prominently the logo of the rha- road hauliers association- of which they are not members.

What business owner in their right mind goes on FB and Twitter to promote their business and then does it in such an illiterate fashion? The spelling, grammar and lack of punctuation would put me off a business like that let alone the pictures of his cheapo looking ex PHS vans sat on the driveway of a house!

Oh and I'll fully expect the police to be knocking on my door tonight for this 'defamation'. I'm looking forward to it!

I'd just like to point out that I changed my profile banner to its current form because it was getting posted all over the place, accompanied by my address and defamatory comments, rather than the other way round. I rather thought it would deter him, but he just kept posting it.

Also, turns out the 'former employee' who has threatened to come to my address and sort me out, isn't. Meeting with police this afternoon.

His personal facebook comments are an offence in and of themselves. Linking to your page and calling you a "thief" and other more offensive terms is completely unacceptable. You have all my sympathies, Kathy, and I am glad that you are strong and are willing to stand up for yourself! Kudos to you!
