Yep that will do for this stage - I see you've only included your point about ownership of the bay but that's fine for now. At POPLA stage you'd need to include the usual stuff about 'no GPEOL', dodgy signs and landowner contract (the bits in red in your earlier draft). Just to make sure at POPLA stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Hello All,
Please find an update below.
I have received a letter from the CPP (Cival parking partnership) stating that they have looked at my case and decided not to take matters any further.

I am elated with the news and need to thank the following people;
Hot Bring - For initially answering my post.
bod1467 - For furthering drumming into my head that what Hot Bring said is correct.
ColliesCarer - For sticking with me through a number of obvious questions and answering a private message.
Redx - For keeping me in line and restating what he/she already knew I should have already known.
and last but not least...
Coupon-mad - For not only posting the sticky in this part of the forum that helps so many understand these bogus thieving company's but also took the time to review my NTK reply.
I can't thank you all enough.
To any user searching for the CPP and coming across this post, I will still be active on this forum from time to time and checking threads and private messages, any help you need I will be more than willing to help as others have done for me.
This issue in particular is finished thankfully, and the forums records of 100% wins continues.
All the best,
