Ooo I'm loving this thread. It's quite fun this pad thing. I'm literally only paying pennies into my cc and overdraft, it's just good knowing I am chipping away at it. 60p

Hello
I am hoping I am able to rejoin this group as I massively failed at doing it last year and really want to try and chip away at my debts slowly but surely!!
In counting up the coins that I have managed to squirrel away (although not notify on this thread!) I have £17.40 bagged up and ready to be taken to the bank to whack on my credit card! I also have 18p starting off my money box for today so that's £17.58 closer to being debt free!
I may not be able to post daily but will attempt as much as possible (mainly due to being like the queen I very rarely have any money in my purse!! Sadly that is not by choice!!)
Happy new year to you all!DFW starting seriously in 2014!
Total debt £4145.04

Bexinda I also rarely carry cash. So I'm just sending a few pence into my cc and my cd everyday. I always put my coppers into a money box but that tends to get emptied when I have a poor month at work.
Have you considered saving all you 50p or £2, I know a few people who do that. So even though you are rarely carrying cash you can still save quite a lot of money.Too much money owed, trying to pay it off one paycheck at a time
