  • Sorry to hear about your job TTFTM - hope the emergency rescue comes through.

I finished today at lunch time and have taken annual leave so I am not back in until Monday 5th Jan.

Some of my colleagues are working next week. I am itching to get started on the Elephant household clearup but better wait until Boxing Day!!
I have made a PAD of £100 to my Spanish bank o/d - this is now clear and as I have decreased my limit as I go I won't have to worry about spending it again (my limit was only £300 but glad to see it gone, it wound me up every time I logged in and every month when I got charged).

Och I know that feeling about logging in and being charged.....overdrafts can really be a pain unless you have a debt busting strategy (like account for overdraft - separate account for every day stuff so the overdrawn account is just being paid off and you can see progress, rather than paying loads off, then using it for every day stuff treading water - basic stuff I learnt in my brief foray to the world of DMP - debt management programs)

Nope I don't find it 'sad' Padding on Christmas Day. I find it sad padding on Sundays/sabbath which is more often and more sacred for me than xmas day :). Just my two pennyworth
