Not had the best of days today, got into a bit of an incident with my car. Only been driving 1 year, so this knocked my confidence right back to square one. Slightly scraped a car in car park, owner was fine with it & thankful I came and told him - no major damage thankfully. Just feeling so down about it & this has set my anxiety off again.
Sorry this has set your anxiety off. You did really well to PAD after that. I have anxiety and MH difficulties so can relate...you'll come through this and we are here for you. Hugs!!!Eager_Elephant wrote: »Just checking I am still doing the counting for October?

Those days were good. Now we're lucky if we make £10K I've noticed....but still. This is the only thread I really look at on MSE...some threads on MSE I find a bit extreme. The good thing about this thread is that it's all about baby steps and encouragement:A
