please remove those images ASAP as theres too much identifying info on them, use a program such as paint to remove:
reg numbers, times the person to whom the letters are addressed to name+address

    [edit]

The easiest way to get this thing over and done with would be to contact the car park space owner/land owner, however in order to help you a little more infomration is required Not your name/address or any other personal stuff please take down those images as these forums are read by people fromthe car parking industry whose motives are far from charitable.

heres what i can understand from your images/messages

you received a parking ticket as you didn't have a permit
Therefore you breached the terms and conditions ( contractual penalty)
and this was at charring cross hospital.
Are you a a member of staff, or public?

..... and your front door is painted red (Google Maps).

You really do need to urgently remove those images and then redact all identifying information before any re-posting.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

and you have blinds in your downstais front facing bay windows, a burglar alarm fitted by response alarms, and a conservatory round the back.
12 months road tax will set you back £230, your car is green and runs on normal petrol

Remove the letter that shows your name and address! But the letter dated 19th November - did they send you a POPLA code or form at the end of it? If so then you chucked away your golden ticket to cancel this and avoid the tiresome junk mail. You've come to the party here a bit late.

Hopefully you have by now searched the forum for 'CPP pink letter' or similar obvious forum search keywords and had a laugh at how common this letter chain is?

By the way I have no clue in 2013 why you would have ignored a fake PCN when the advice changed a year ago and we win every time at POPLA. Would have been so easy and now you'll get...more pink letters!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Thanks to all for telling me to remove the letters, I didn't even think of that when o posted them. Seven towers has re posted them, how do I remove that post????

Halfway- I did not have a permit- charming x hospital- I was a sub contractor working at the hospital

Letter 19th November - no popla code or form- just asking me who driver was

I must have taken the wrong advice about the ignoring thing.

Right, so complain by email to the BPA, as shown in post #6 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, to Steve Clark like loads of people here do. You appealed and their only reply should have been a cancellation or a rejection letter with a POPLA code. To ask who was driving is a breach of the BPA CoP. Do not be fobbed off by the BPA Team.

Genuine question - could you help me understand why the top sticky thread is invisible? What doesn't grab your attention BEFORE posting, about a thread right at the top of the first page, permanently there, called:

Sticky: **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!

Why did I bother to write the sticky and tweak it every week to keep it up to date with all a NEWBIE needs to know about a private parking ticket, if newbies ignore it and post 'help I've got a fine, what do I do?'

Sorry for the rant but this is silly and we can't keep up with the same stuff again and again - which is why I wrote the top sticky FAQs thread and why it's 'stuck' at the top. To start a new thread newbies must have started on page one...did you not click on any threads at all or look to see if you could search the forum (using the 'search this forum' heading above the sticky threads) to find similar cases? You came to the forum and just clicked 'new thread' despite the above thread at the top begging newbies to read it first...

...then go to the sticky threads. My signature below even explains where to click to find current threads & advice, under every post I write.

We really want everyone to learn about and beat this scam but - that's why the advice is there at the top, so no-one misses it. Oh wait...
