I'm not sure. They haven't filed any accounts. The address just appears to be a nondescript office block by looking on street view.

It says on the PayPal website it needs to be 45 days from the date of transaction which had already passed by the time the item was dispatched so no hope there.

And if you go down that page to 'Companies Near Milan Direct', you will find another Milan Direct elsewhere in Leighton Buzzard with an Australian phone number. This company seems to be some sort of furniture supplier, where the one in Moorgate is listed as a charity.
