I think wealdroam covered the last two.
So (possibly) my final question is:
As they have a registered UK address should I submit a court claim to that address and, by having that address and being registered at Companies House, are they subject to DSR legislation? Or should I suck it up, take the product refund and chalk it up to experience?
Sorry, that's three again! I can't help it, everyone on here seems really helpful!

You can, or perhaps should, send any Letter Before Action to the company's registered address, and use that address on any court claim.patchesohoulihan wrote: »So (possibly) my final question is:

It is also important that you take notice of Arcon's earlier reply:Worth researching the company first though to be confident they are not a fly by night and you are wasting good money chasing bad.0 -
Okay, thanks very much for all your help. I'll do some research.
If you're reading this and thinking of using Milan Direct, please don't. It's been a complete waste of time. Judging by some of the reviews on Trust Pilot we're not the only ones to experience problems.0 -
And part of that research needs to establish exactly who you should sue.patchesohoulihan wrote: »Okay, thanks very much for all your help. I'll do some research.
I.e. should you sue the individual, Dean Ramler, or the Limited Company registered at Companies House?
Get that wrong and you really are throwing away good money.0 -
Thanks again. I'll post any useful info I come across here.0

I think this might be his Facebook page.

Actually a Google search will show that he's all over the web. You Tube will give you moving pictures. You should be able to find enough info to get an address should you need it."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -

Here's the registered UK address in case anyone else is looking;
MILAN DIRECT UK PTY LTD
25 MOORGATE
LONDON
EC2R 6AY
Found an article on "The Australian" where they seem to be reporting $12million revenue in 2011 - 12. They've been around since 2009. Doesn't seem to be fly by night.0 -
But does MILAN DIRECT UK PTY LTD have any assets?patchesohoulihan wrote: »They've been around since 2009. Doesn't seem to be fly by night.0
