I could wait till i get the notice to keeper in post but just concerned that I would have to pay £70 later.
I spoke to the tesco store manager and he said that it was a different company they had no control and that it was a retail park blah blah blah....so he was not helpful.
What are my chances of winning?
The chances of you winning at the first stage are small. At the second stage ( i.e. POPLA ) as good as 100% IF you follow advice from here.
You will need to put in the time to deal with it though. I'd suggest it will be at least an hour. Although it does depend on your ability to absorb lots of information in the NEWBIES thread.

100% if you read the NEWBIES thread you seem to have missed from the top of the forum. It was there all the time with 'NEWBIES please read this first' in the title so there was no need for any new thread in fact, but as you have started one asking for the advice again that's already here, it's your choice whether to follow the free advice to win or to take KIFL up on his offer (guaranteed to win for £16 outlay).
