Can anyone confirm that the interest rates shown in the PDF below are current? 2% for balances of at least £25000 would be the best instant access ISA by a mile.

Current yes but reducing on 21 April to 0.5%/1%/1.5%

Their new 2 year offering is 2%, or 2.3% if you're a 123 customer

Ed-1, if you have £40K plus then first direct offer 2% instant access.

You'll need to open a current account with them first though, which comes with it's own set of hoops to jump through I'm afraid.

In a letter from Santander (actually 2 letters) dated February 2014 & 25 February 2014.

If i open a 123 a/c in joint name, will this 2.3% rate apply for both me and mrs ISA ?

You would both be 123 Current Account customers - so yes
