  • Hi all NSD 12today. Not counting my exercise classes as spendy days as I have drew the money out of the bank and keeping it seperate. Had a bit of a lightbulb moment today if I dont stop spending no ones going to save for me and unless I put in more effort I will not los the weight I want to. My main weaknes is buying extra food for the house even thou we do a weekly shop and have plenty to last the week I cant resist the urge to get more food (I must be part squirrel) lol:rotfl:

I'm the same - and I think OH is rather grateful for it, as it means hours wandering around food festivals together but no having to try and look comfortable hanging around outside changing rooms :D

Last reported in here on Monday.

    Tuesday was NSD #14
Wednesday was NSD #15, and target met
Thursday was a spend day. I decided to use my deep fat fryer, but it hadn't been used in about 10 years so I had to replace the oil (didn't even realise it still had oil in it!)

cw18, mobo1980 and I are all kindred spirits - I much prefer food shopping to clothes or shoe shopping!
