Well, yesterday should have been an nsd.I met a friend for coffee and it was her turn to pay, except we had a second drink, and I paid for that.
I should still reach my target if I allow myself only 2 more spend days. That'll be this Friday and next Monday.
I won't get my 4 in a row,but have managed 3.
Hoping for #13 (12a) today.0 -

:hello: morning all, may i join you please?
i've recently returned to these lovely forums after a couple of years out - still debt free :j :j but creeping into spendiness...
I've been trying NSDs but cheating left right and centre and didn't realise there was a lovely challenge thread of lovely people all doing so well! :j
So i'm up yo THREE so far and unlikely to get to 10 given there's only 9 days of the month left...:rotfl: but i reckon i can get at least another 3 :j
i'm only counting my personal spends allowanceMr cheery controls the food budget so that doesn't count
And i travel to work on the train and don't have a choice of days so that doesn't count either. We also have a Joint Treats Budget for going out for breakfast at the weekend
this has been a complete life saver and we LOVE it, so i'm not counting that either :rotfl:
My problem is with my personal spends - clothes, cups of tea with pals, slimming world (nearly at target now!), chocolate(hence why i've been *nearly* at target for 6 months
), big issues, newspapers, blah blah blah...
When i was here before i'm sure i was capable of being very thrifty and i seem to have lost the knack...
Anyway, enough waffle from me, looking forward to diving in! :j :j :j0 -
