If the headphones work ok with other devices and it's just the Macbook, they have a good point about it being the Macbook TBH.0

I apologise for mis-wording . I meant to say the wifi signal from the macbook pro interferes with the noise cancellation of the beats by dre causing a static sound in the headphones.
I think it was a debit or I may have paid this with cash as i did go through multiple transactions, this was when all the rush at comet was going on.
lol, i did indeed buy an original pair and they are refusing me the refund saying its not available to me.
They've kind of said, !!!! off we cant do anything because its not our products problem but it is, as its 'incompatible' with a macbook which i use to produce music with and to be honest I'm a bit frustrated after coughing up a fair bit and especially when I know for a fact that the beats 2.0 don't have this problem. I've heard it for myself.
The use of the word 'original' was simply meant to mean the FIRST pair you got after you paid, as you've had another since.0 -
Just to update on this, the consumer support at Beats by Dre have processed my case appropriately and have taken sharp action to resolve my case to a high standard. I would highly recommend the company and their products as the service they provide is top notch and their product is also very good for any music producer or even average consumer.0

Have you ever seen a picture of Dr Dre in a recording studio?
Have you noticed what brand of headphones he isn't wearing?
Beats headphones are horrible, crappy, terrible sounding heaps of junk.
They are the epitome of cheap and nasty. Cheap to make that is, not cheap to buy.0 -

Well, my situation worsened a lot more and the sound become terribly loud. I also stated how previously, I did hear the sound when I was in the car using my phone. They took into account what I mentioned previously regarding what I saw at the apple store and acted on it. Very happy with the service.Have you ever seen a picture of Dr Dre in a recording studio?

You know, I think theres only a handful picture of him even wearing his headphones.
I do partly agree with the statement but they have made huge improvements to their headphones in the new version especially the sound quality. I've only used these ever to produce music and they are a huge step up from all the other crap I used.0
