Personally what drives me mad is all the waiting then being forced to share air space with people who smell entirely of curry even at 9 in the morning or to whom water seems to be a complete stranger!
If you have any soaps/bubble baths/shower gels/shampoos you want to get rid of then you could take a selection with you and offer them to smelly strangers on the bus. You will either reduce your stash or end up in a and e - it could be interesting either way! :eek:3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Right well I bought the Silica complex today - will report back if theres any noticable changes!
I've ordered this as well. I've always had very fine hair and I suspect I may have the beginnings of a receding hairline - although I obviously hope I'm wrong. Also, my nails have been awful lately. Breaking really low down so that they're actually shorter than they were when I used to bite them. I get them shellaced regularly and suspect this is somehow damaging them, so I'm going to give them a rest when the present lot chips off or I take if off (which is a pain but not paying for a salon to do it if I'm not getting them redone).3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -

I know I'm probably not supposed to be suggesting people buy stuff... However as you are saving on the shellac can I recommend you try Nail Envy original- it's really helped my nails which were suffering from too many gels. I researched it at length and Amazon is currently cheapest place to buy it. Mine was £11 ish a few weeks ago instead of £19 in Boots. It won't add to your stash for long as you need to use it alternate days in treatment phase. So soon it'll be a UU too- what's not a success there??0 -

I only just made it to this month and was thinking the same! :rotfl:
OK, so 2 INs so far this month: 2 x Dove Beauty Bar. (This is the one for the face, right? )
Someone who stayed at my abode left one of these behind, so I tried it. I must say, I'm impressed! I had a Clinique Beauty Bar that lasted me quite literally years and I really liked it, but this seems just as good for my face, albeit at a fraction of the price: £1 for 2! :T (I doubt it will last as long but at that price I'm not that bothered, plus I had the other one so long I was a bit bothered about bacterial build up etc.) I ended up cutting the Clinique bar in two and using the two halves one after another as it was just so unwieldy to handle and I knew I would keep dropping it in the shower which is helps to explain how it lasted so long. Nice container to stop it getting wet all the time, though.
See you all later. I dare not even try to catch up with what's been goiny on since the start of the month so I hope you are all well. Please call me 'Pickle'

Still going strong on the no purchasing products. Walked in to the bathroom earlier - I had a spring clean last weekend and the main bathroom's barely been used since (we have an en suite). Bright sparkly bath and my more pretty products all lined up on the shelf, felt lovely.
Had a horrible week and I'm really tired, so thinking of having a long hot soak in the tub, just working up the energy to go back up the stairs!
I did have an IN of another sort today. A few of you know I make and sell jewellery online. When networking I discovered a lovely last who makes beautiful wire wrapped pendants, bracelets and rings. Wire wrapping is completely beyond me at this stage, so I asked her to make a custom designed silver plated wire wrapped ring, with a peridot bead in the middle. Arrived today, and cost the princely sum of £10 including delivery, cannot stop looking at my finger and smiling
Hope everyone is having a good day despite the drippy weather.0 -
Ho everyone. I just realised that I had to bust open an old box of Gok body butters from last year's Jan sales as the box was looking a bit manky. I have too many BBs/other moisturisers etc. so will perhaps try to Ebay them or something. They're still in impeccable condition with foil inside the lids which hasn't been opened.
For now (at least) 3 INs.Please call me 'Pickle'

I'm tempted! It does say you can use it over lacquer. Do you think I could use it over Shellac or would that damage it and/or mean it didn't work?3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Well the using things up isn't going too well I woke up today with what I thought was a migraine except its gone off now. So im in my trackies spring cleaning and cooking bread and risotto0

Afternoon Beauty Queens
We've been into Birmingham today so I have some INS to declare:
IN #15: Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser 150ml
IN #16: Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Day Cream Normal/Dry 75ml
IN #17: Superdrug Naturally Radiant Renewing Night Cream 75ml
I have been using the HCC for a couple of weeks and really like it, it's very nourishing and I think (hope?!) my congested chin has improved since starting it. All these were on half price.
IN #18: Radox for Men Shower Gel 200ml; Bought for DH as we are off to Barcelona next week :j
Not great BUT less than a tenner spent and considering we walked past MAC and I didn't go in I'm considering it a success.0 -

The day cream is amazing. I use that as night cream I find the night cream a bit heavy but you will see. I think that range is brilliant value as it seems to always be on half price or 3 for 20
