Dodgy Pension Trustee

Just checked out JLG Group Plc who are really the same company as Ecoquest. They are still offering debentures galore, and yet Ecoquest cannot redeem theirs. This cannot be right.

I have just written to JLG Group Plc regarding the apparent unfairness of this business with the debentures. Doubtless they will have some excuse to continue to fail to honour the Ecoquest debentures. That is if they respond at all.

Well, no response thus far from JLG group.I expect if i was asking to lend them money in the form of a debenture they'd reply quickly, covid or no covid.I always wonder how such people manage to make an apparently good living by apparently doing not very much.0

Well it's now over three years since this investment should have matured -- 31 /12 2107.I have just written to Green Pensions Trustees and JLG / EcoQuest again.I will NEVER give up!1

Well although the long awaited GFI fraud trial has I believe begun this week, it seems that it is the end of the road for us, as Ecoquest directors Davies and Boot have resigned, or taken our money and run.As for the Green Pensions Trustees wesbite, which hasn't been updated for almost two years they may as well shut it down. I haven't had a reply to my last three communications, nor did Boot reply to my last communication to him. I didn't realise he had done a runner at the time.Meanwhile Ecoquest's parent company, JLG Group, now run by a different set of 'business people', or rather chancers, continues to trade and offer debentures. So all these 'business' people: Mark Harris (the premium chancer), Davies, Boot, not forgetting Andrew Moon (Tarus) and Steven Bates, the chancer behind Total Wealth Solutions, and doubtless others, get away with it whilst ordinary people, are shafted as usual.0

MrUnhappy said:Well, after 5 long years of constant pressure, hassling, chasing people and some other methods best not mentioned. I have finally managed to get around 95% of my money back from the "Harrisgate" incident. Missing the 5 years interest and some admin charges but I will have to live with that.
I hope Mark Harris and his cronies go down for a long time as there was obviously some kind of fraud going on.
My saviour, a letter from Harris to myself, saying that my funds hadn't been invested as they were frozen in a bank account. Obviously when these funds were eventually released for whatever reason, the new trustees had to return them to me on this evidence.
So guys, maybe all is not lost, keep fighting, don't give up hope, keep the pressure on.
They have £7000 of mine in cash, presumably in someone's bank account, but despite repeatedly asking Green Trustees they won't release it to me.

I wrote to Green Pensions Trustees on the 23rd of February. This will be the third concurrent email I haven't had a reply to despite being told they were going to make a decision in the best interests of the green pensions members in their last response a year ago. It appears that the decision is to pack the business in and not to tell us. I don't know why the website, which has not been updated in two years, continues to exist.
Similarly, I wrote to JLG Group asking them why they were still offering debentures when the Ecoquest debentures have not been redeemed and if there was any chance of the Ecoquest debentures ever being redeemed. As expected they too have ignored the inquiry. Doubtless if I made an inquiry about taking out JLG debentures they would respond instantly.
I expect these ignorant business people would take greater interest if it was their money that had been scammed.

So Eco Quest PLC have gone into voluntary creditor liquidation this week.Hopefully this will result in some recompense for the Green pensions members who are their biggest creditor..Needless to say no updates from the Trustees about this.0

So, it would appear Mark Harris is still free to run round and rip people off. A newly appointed directors job (02/08/2022) at Countrywide Property Lawyers (02066827) as well as his other directors role at Conveyancing Direct Ltd, strangely both at the same address in Cardiff, free information from Companies House. Wonder if his new employers know of his past? and the possible bad press they may get from his history.0
