As you might imagine they are extremely busy with this and don't have a lot of resources, so you might have to be patient for a response.

Did you get a response? Did you figure out which scheme you were in?

My understanding is that there have been several efforts at mailings to contact all the members in the past few months. Everyone in the Green 1-3 schemes should have received some form of provisional statement. The problem seems to be though that most of the contact details that the new trustees have is defective and incomplete. If you've not heard from them, its because they don't know where you are.

I understand that they're pretty desperate to get hold of everyone who invested via GFI Consultants and have sent out two mailings in the last fortnight. Whilst everyone is talking about "Green Footprints Investments", this GFI actually stands for 'Global Forestry Investments'. This is listed on the Serious Fraud Office website as being a fraud.

There are things you really need to do, if you invested in GFI's Brazilian Teak plantation, to set the ball rolling to reclaim your money. Basically, it means complaining about the IFA firm and complaining about Harris.

Good luck with this.
As I say they have stressed that they do not have a lot of resources and are understandably trying to keep costs down for us so they have repeatedly said we have to be patient but they are making slow progress.
After the mess Harris left we are fortunate to have someone trying to clean it up.

It takes only minutes to email all customers with updates. Lack of communication is a red flag in my opinion

You seem to be somewhat of an expert on this.
They have had to get all the records back from Harris - that in itself was a task and a half, as without the threat of legal action he did his usual ignoring people. Then once this had finally been achieved after many, many months they have to reconstruct them from the mess he made.
It might take a minute if the records are up to date. That is not the case. One person is having to do this, and he has other work as well. I have had updates an communications regarding what is involved. I assume you have not.
Perhaps they should have appointed you as the new trustee seeing as you appear to be such an expert.

I am not an expert.
But red flags are red flags.
