Scotland roadtrip honeymoon

Without going into specific places, my advice would be make sure you get up to the North West and the islands and spend most time up there. No offence to southern Scotland and it might seem a shame to rush past places like Loch Lomond but the most stunning scenery by far is much further north and it takes a long time to cover distances.0

I'd second the Drovers Inn if travelling up Loch Lomond side, it's fabulous and a piece of history that just has to be experienced! No longer ...tobe! Married 20/06/13MFW 2021 #117 £5415.40/£6000MFW 2022 #77 £3740/£3000MFW 2023 #82 £0/£30000

Oban is lovely - there is a fantastic fish and chip shop that was recommended by Rick Stein (can't remember the name but the Rick Stein notice is in the window!). You can also get lovely fresh oysters etc from the stalls by the harbour. It is lovely just to sit and watch the boats coming in and out.
Have a great trip!"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."0
