Hi Stroma, just received a ticket from PZL who also kindly keyed the side of car with a few long scratches! Can you tell me What is an AOS you refer to in your response david151148?
Think they also fall foul of 'Administration of Justice Act 1970 Section 40(1) (d) check out confused.com
Thanks for response in advance

The aos is the approved operator scheme, which means they can access the dvla database. Please don't contact these morons as they don't have access. No access means they can't find you.
I suggest you contact the police about keying your car, they probably won't do much, but there you goWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Also have a look at the pre-POFA letter chain thread for an idea of the rubbish they will send you if you do contact them!

They can't send him anything if they cannot access the dvla, and he doesn't tell them who he isWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
