PZL Ticket & Keyed Car

Hi Stroma, just received a ticket from PZL who also kindly keyed the side of car with a few long scratches! Can you tell me What is an AOS you refer to in your response david151148?

Think they also fall foul of 'Administration of Justice Act 1970 Section 40(1) (d) check out confused.com

Thanks for response in advance

Please start your own thread rather than resurrecting old ones.
  • Why? Is that what you're supposed to do?

Yes, a new thread for each different problem.

Yes. You clearly agreed not to bump old threads as part of your signup!

And did you even read the Newbies sticky - which tells you all you need to know about AOS?
  • Clearly Not.

The aos is the approved operator scheme, which means they can access the dvla database. Please don't contact these morons as they don't have access. No access means they can't find you.

I suggest you contact the police about keying your car, they probably won't do much, but there you go

Get in there then - you will soon see just how toothless the non-AOS jokers are:

Also have a look at the pre-POFA letter chain thread for an idea of the rubbish they will send you if you do contact them!

They can't send him anything if they cannot access the dvla, and he doesn't tell them who he is
