Hi
I'm on a very low salary and am currently struggling to pay my bills.
I'm thinking about calling my mobile and broadband providers and see if they can reduce my monthly payments.
Do I stand any chance? If yes, what would you advise me to say to them?
Cheers

You can ask - just tell them the truth. However, whether you'll be successful is unlikely as the minimum term is not only designed for retention but supposedly discounted because of your commitment. A shorter period (if available) could end up costing you more!0

You have nothing to lose by asking. But they have no motivation to do so with 9 or 12m still to run on your minimum term. If they do, they'll want to extend your minimum term.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
