The article is full of inaccuracies which is typical of the daily fail, I mean the lemon and Harris case heard at popla is one, the fewer than 1 in 20 going to court is technically correct, but it should have read that the figure is 1 in 150 ! The 5% figure they got was lifted off the bpa!
It's a shocking article! And it doesn't even link to pepipoo or here, but it does to CAG who's record in this is quite shocking on occasions, the scammers are laughing at this misinformation again printed in the national press!0 -
While I agree with the previous points about accuracy, I think the big picture is that tickets from PPCs should be fought and any newspaper that supports that view is OK in my book, even if they get the facts screwed up a little as long as they are on message.0
