-no spend day
-had free porridge at work for breakfast thereby saving my cereal at home
-quidco clicks
-pigsback quiz
AND had a fantastically expensive meal out this afternoon (£18.50 for a piece of fish and £4 for the chips!!!!) on someone else's expense account :j
