Marks and spencer vouchers

Has anyone had an issue receiving vouchers after taking car insurance? I took out direct line through martins money but
Have not receive vouchers for £60 as promised. Thanks

i understand that many people are having problems receiving their M&S vouchers with purchase of a Direct Line car or home insurance policy.

Many of the vouchers, and the enquiries sent through our online form, having been going through to spam folders.

If you are nearing the end of your validation period please check your spam folder to see if the voucher is in there.
