Hi. In October I followed the link from here to direct line and took up their insurance. Had a message from MSE to say I qualified for the £60 m &. S vouchers. Any idea in when I will get them. Hoping it might be in time for Christmas.

Can anyone advise me as to how I obtain the £60 that was promised if I took out direct line insurance. It's been 120 days and I've received nothing yet0

Dawnparkin545 and Icenii, after speaking with someone at MSE, I was advised to send an enquiry via the enquiry form provided. You can access this by clicking on the FAQs link on the email you were sent when you registered for the offer.
Following this I received my vouchers into my email inbox - dont forget to check your spam!

I bought Car insurance via the link and its now been 142 days and I have still not received my voucher. I have contacted them many times via the on line form only to receive the standard response each time with the last one saying I had to wait another 120 days!
I am getting very frustrated now - anyone had thiers yet?0 -

not received my vouchers either - I took out two policies and got two confirmation emails - this was in october0

my M+S vouchers for the direct line insurance offer must have gone into junk folder as they were sent to me on 4.2.14 - what can I do about a replacement please as my junk folder gets deleted out????? very frustrated with this now......is there a tel number for MSE I can ring -someone said ring DL but I'm not sure how they can help as it's not their deal but came from MSE0

MSE - Kelly- are you able to assist re the vouhcer issue - I keep getting an undeliverable message on the FAQ email - so am at a loss what to do now - apparently my vouchers were sent to me on the 4th but I haven't receieved them so if they went into junk they will have been deleted out - how do I get them re-sent to me - I took out two policies in good faith and am getting very frustrated now at the lack of response and resolution

I have also not received my voucher after 150+ days. We have sent the online form on numerous occasions and it always comes back with "we are still checking it against our details". Very Frustrated0
