MSE & direct line & £60 m&s vouchers

Still heard nothing from MSE. It was eleven days ago when they said they would be in touch shortly and I first contacted them on the 9th April. Took out the insurance with Direct Line in good faith as the M&S voucher made it the cheapest. I wouldn't have gone with them otherwise.

Has anyone tried to complain to Direct Line?

Is Martin doing any phone-in's? Perhaps he can explain why we aren't getting our vouchers.

Just to update to say that my voucher was emailed to me a few days ago, a mere 174 days after buying the policy!

So the enquiry form linked to above does seem to get you there in the end, it just takes a number of weeks.

i understand that many people are having problems receiving their M&S vouchers with purchase of a Direct Line car or home insurance policy.

Many of the vouchers, and the enquiries sent through our online form, having been going through to spam folders.

If you are nearing the end of your validation period please check your spam folder to see if the voucher is in there.

After much chasing I've finally received my vouchers. won't be signing up to one of these schemes again.
