Well the alternative is either ignore it all or to pay themWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Both Vinci and NGP have paid out to victims last year already.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes and Vinci immediately dropped my ticket as soon as I sent them an invoice for my time should it have gone to PoplaWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

UPDATE: So after sending my letters of complaint to Elite and Roxburghe on the 14.4.14 and 16.4.14 respectively, I still hadn't heard a thing. After trawling through the forums yesterday, I noticed that someone else (I can't remember who) hadn't heard anything, so went on to the company website and found that the ticket had been cancelled. I decided to do the same this evening and on the Paymypcn website under each separate PCN number, it stated "OBLIGATION DISCHARGED". As much as I'm pleased, it would have been nice to have been notified as I've no idea when they were cancelled and if they would ever have bothered to notify me.
Thanks again to everyone here for their help - it was really appreciated.0 -

Not one of the standards yet 'driven up' by the BPA Ltd!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
