Depends on what you consider is a satisfactory explanation, Plusnet have kept all their customers informed as to what happened, and the necessary steps they are taking to solve the problem, which is more than a lot of ISP's would do.and it's just the latest example of their inherent incompetence. Really, steer clear.
Is this just your opinion, or is it based of your personal experience of Plusnet?
I have been a customer of theirs for over 2 years, and am the first to admit that while they have had internal problems, as far as stability of my connection and internet use are concerned I have no cause to fault them, and there are far worse ISP's out there than Plusnet.0 -
More than most would have to, unfortunately.which is more than a lot of ISP's would do.
It's both. But this is diverging from the original topic. I agree the connection was fine, but security of my personal information is vital.Is this just your opinion, or is it based of your personal experience of Plusnet?0
